Enjoyed working with Dontae on the purchase of the '22 4Runner. He is a really nice guy, was helpful and worked with me to see, test drive, get the vehicle financed and the transaction complete in only a 4Runner. He communicated well after the sale and kept some promises. The finance manager Abdul was also good to work with. I've had some experience with warranty sales pressure in other places, and while he did cover the options and make his points, he was still cool with me choosing not to purchase an extended warranty and didn't resort to high pressure tactics.
