Steve and the wonderful team there at Suburban Imports of Troy are, by far, the most synergistic group of professionals I have ever had the privilege to buy a car from. From the moment I was on their lot to the very end of the sale when I was leaving with my beautiful, 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen CC, I was treated like the only customer on site. Steve is such a professional within his industry and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family for sure. Greg in the finance office also was sure to make me feel totally at home there while completing the part of the sale that everyone dreads... the final numbers. But, back to Steve, he worked me out a better deal than I expected from the moment I walked into the door. I had been to other dealerships and walked out because either their price was too high or they were too pushy and arrogant. What got me to the dealership was the car. What sold me on it was Steve! Good job and kudos to Steve for giving this customer the impression that Suburban Imports of Troy is definitely a first-class dealership that only does business one way... the right way! Again, thanks to everyone there for their help with my purchase. I absolutely love my Volkswagen from there. Most of all, thanks to Steve Elich for retraining me to acknowledge that there really is a place that one can buy a car... that will treat you like you are the most important reason that they are there! Steve was very consistent during the entire process. He made me feel like he was truly doing his best to find me the car I wanted and would fit my needs. He was friendly and personable. He showed me cars that would keep me in my price range. That has not been my experience with other dealers. That is why I bought my car from him. I didn't feel "worked over" by the salesman. He made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the finance person. He made purchasing my car a very nice experience. When I am ready to purchase another car, I will go back to Steve because I feel I can trust him to find me the car that fits me. More
