When I droved my car off the lot all of my questions were answered. I went to Suburban not sure whether I would lease with this dealership (previous experiences were iffy). However, I met and worked with Lori Card on leasing a VW and was so happy to finally find a sales c this dealership (previous experiences were iffy). She was well educated on the vehicle and confident in my comparing other cars to it. The days of fast talking are done - car dealers are now working with a much more educated consumer and need to address that. It was refreshing to work with someone that respected the customers needs and wants. She took total care of me from beginning to end - even setting up my Blue Tooth (Thank You!). A little thing like that can mean a lot to someone. But, back to Steve, he worked me out a better deal than I expected from the moment I walked into the door.
