I feel I was taken advantage of in my bill. Came in for oil change and tire rotation using your special off of $95. Got charged for a tire rotation. I had a 0830 appointment, I showed up at 0845 a grumpy guy told me wait until ( can’t remember the name) this guy shows up. On of the staff interceded got me checked in the Yukon was taken back for servi guy told me wait until ( can’t remember the name) this guy shows up. On of the staff interceded got me checked in the Yukon was taken back for service at 0825 and returned to me in 55 mind as promised. This is the kind of service I normally see at Sullivan and thank you for keeping it that way. More
