Navigation, outside temperature and audio didn't work when I got the car back! Also, Rep was anxious to sell me another $600 worth of service on my vehicle. I brought my 2013 Cadillac SRX Premium in and the part that I needed which was an Electronic Brake Control Module had been discontinued and they told me Cadillac can't replace it with a used part. This c that I needed which was an Electronic Brake Control Module had been discontinued and they told me Cadillac can't replace it with a used part. This could be come dangerous for me, but as far as they were concerned it wasn't there problem. If Cadillac discontinues parts they should tell you where you can go to get it replaced and where to get the used part programed. If Cadillac wants you to buy their cars they should provide you with better service. When I called Cadillac customer service they gave us a list of places to call throughout the United States but no one had a new part or it was promised to someone else. I've always been pleased in the past. I think they should help you out when parts have been discontinued. More
