Several hours after that initial visit I came back to explore the possibility of the Honda Fit, sensing the smaller vehicle would meet my needs. He quickly changed gears and managed to give me a price (though color availability was TBD. Two weeks later it was down to Honda Fit LX vs VW Golf tsi-s. He helped me recognize the features of the EX that could make that a better value purchase and one was on the lot! He pointed out how what appeared to be very low undercarriage was in fact not so. My prior two vehicles were VW golfs That car has a little more of what I need for highway driving and I'm very familiar w/how it holds the road. Were it purely based on trust of the salesman's explanation and price, I would have bought the EX from Luis. I definitely am recommending Luis and Sullivan Honda to other friends considering the purchase of an efficient vehicle. More
