Work on the vehicle was performed well. Person at the service desk (Paige) was rude, condescending, and abrasive. Vehicle needed rear brakes, and this person told my wife that she really shouldn't let her drive vehicle, but, sorry - we don't have time to do it today. Stated "I'm having a bad day" Wife said that she would have to talk to me, as I wasn't available. "So maybe then you should bring your husband next time" I took my business elsewhere. They should understand the this person is the "face" of their business. No matter how great their service department is, she set the tone for how they do business. More
