After a few phone calls and emails, they were able to answer our questions and we were easily pre approved. We live out of state approximately 350 miles away, so all of this was very important for us and they made it extremely easy. Once we arrived, we found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They have a great variety in their large inventory. (We almost left with more than one vehicle. :) ) We were pleased that the vehicle we were interested in online was accurately described through text and pictures and after a quick inspection and test drive we were able to finish paperwork in about a half an hour. Kraig and Tim made the entire process seamless and painless. We both have worked in the car industry and have high expectations and we would definitely make the trip again to deal with Summit.
