My husband and I just stopped to look what was on the lot. We were in the market for a newer used Ram pick-up; we drove home in our slightly used 2012 Ram. Justin was great we really enjoyed the straight forward young man, he was not so sales-manly (if you know what I mean). He helped us and spoke with us found out what we needed; but was not in our faces. Which is very refreshing now a days, matter a fact the high pressure sales is a turn off. Brock took care of finding the best financing for us, he seemed to work for us and not for just the dealership which is also refreshing. Brock answered my husband's questions and was not high pressure to offer us something we did not need; again how refreshing. Overall, this whole experience was Fantastic! We left with now buyers remorse. We would definitely recommend them to family & friends, and return there ourselves. More

I visited auto trader frequently looking for a pick up. First experience was good with Kraig on contact. He did just what I asked. There was only one picture of truck since they just got it in. Before my wife and I made the trip North, Brock Boettcher (finance ) had the purchase price, our trade in price, as well as our monthly payment locked in. To our surprise when we arrived Brock was able to lower our monthly payment from what we discussed. This dealer also gave us more for our trade in than dealers near home were going to and that is with out them even seeing it. I took pictures and gave them the VIN and texted them to Sean. When we arrived they had all the paperwork ready and the entire process of working with this dealership was just outstanding. It has a small town feel and just made you feel as if you we were from there. I will have no issues in the future to make the drive back up there to purchase other vehicles. I wish other car dealers would take a page from how Holiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM treats customers. The way they do things truly makes the car buying experience a great one. Of course we get asked, “why did you drive to Fond Du Lac WI, were there no trucks around here”. There were some, but none came close to what this dealer offered and the timely responses we received.
