Pleasant surprise for my first Kia. I went to this Kia dealership to get a new-to-me used car. Best Experience - Hands Down I was in the market for a new SUV. I had spent 2 weeks looking at the Explorer & Traverse. Had what I thought were 2 good sales people at both dealers I was in the market for a new SUV. I had spent 2 weeks looking at the Explorer & Traverse. Had what I thought were 2 good sales people at both dealerships. A friend who drives a KIA Sorento told me to go check out that particular vehicle, higher end trim line & told me that I would be impressed. I ended up at Summit Place KIA, walked in, went right to Loren's desk, he was very busy however dropped everything, took the time to immediately show me a Sorento. he didn't trash the competitor at all, he actually knew more about the competitor vehicles than their sales people did & that was impressive. Longer story short, I was impressed with Lorens knowledge, his demeanor, his not being pushy or over bearing & will keep buying from him at KIA or wherever he may go in the future. Highly recommend going to Loren for your next vehicle. More
