4 hours to buy a car ? I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. After wasting time picking out color only to be told the only model they had with cruise control was I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. After wasting time picking out color only to be told the only model they had with cruise control was silver. Then I lost the $2,500 rebate on the car, only received $1,000 and was told because I received 0% financing. What does my credit score, which qualified me for 0% financing have to do with the rebate originally offered ? You can shop and shop and still not know if you are being taken by a shady salesman. Very sad considering this is my 3rd Kia Purchase, loyalty means nothing these days. More

Fantastic customer service About five years ago my son was diagnosed with severe ocd and he was hospitalized twice for his illness. As a parent you want to do everything you can About five years ago my son was diagnosed with severe ocd and he was hospitalized twice for his illness. As a parent you want to do everything you can to get your child well and I did just that. My son is doing extremely well now. But the down size of this journey caused me to go into debt and I now have financial issues which ultimately has affected my overall credit score. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it in a hearbeat because my son has a life worth living now. I have a second son who just got his learners permit for driving and my old vehicle has over 210,000 miles on it. I needed a safe reliable car to drive so my son can practice driving in. I went to the Summit Place KIA dealership to see if they could place me in a vehicle. I was introduced to Bradley Van Sickle and he listen to my story. Bradley was professional, compassionate and really seem to care about my situation. He was able to get me into a 2017 KIA Soul. I have an opportunuity to rebuilt my credit score with this new vehicle. The KIA finanical team was amazing to help me find a lender and keep the financing down as much as they could. I really did not think I could get into a car but I am truly thrilled and so is my son who is learning to drive. I feel confident with KIA's safety rating that my son will be safe. Bradley did not just want to sell a car he wanted to help me re establish my credit and offered constructive ways to do so. He knew my youngest son would be safe in a KIA.
