AMAZING I was really upside down in my van loan on a Chrysler and I could never get a decent trade in value on it to get financed for a new van. I went to a few dealerships and they were all willing to take it but I really couldn't get financed with so much negative to roll that my family of 6 could fit in. Whenever someone would ask me what I wanted in a car it would be for something brand new and something with in dash satellite radio. I was so well taken care of by Bay that I highly recommend her to my friends. She listened and there was Zero PRESSURE from her. At first I was denied but there was never any mention of getting a smaller vehicle to make the financers happy. There was just a few extra steps to take. That was appreciated so much by my husband and I. We first started talking with Bay on Monday, and drove off on a Thursday evening in a van that had 19 miles on it and I love it. The kids love it too!!! I was skeptical about buying a Kia, but after seeing and test driving one, I can honestly say that I should have gotten one sooner! More
