Can I rate negative? Worst experience ever. Dealer threatened to report the car that i had out money down on as stolen. Took car home as waiting on bank since was late Worst experience ever. Dealer threatened to report the car that i had out money down on as stolen. Took car home as waiting on bank since was late night, found out there were more issues with car ad i drove more. Brought to dealers attention and they stated that I caused those issues and were not there during test drive. Was not willing to work with me, and get the issues fixed. Horrible customer service. When I made the decision on the car I thought I wanted, he did all the paper work and we set a date and time for me to meet him at the sister dealership. because it was closer to me. That afternoon I realized the car did not have all the options that I needed. I called John and told him I changed my mind. He asked me to come see him. We sat down and discussed all the options that I wanted on the car. He searched all the lots in Michigan, Ohio, and Chicago until he found the car that I wanted. I went home in my brand new Kia Sorento. I am very pleased with the experience of purchasing my new vehicle. More
