Purchase of a New Hybrid RAV 4 I recently purchased a new hybrid RAV 4. I had researched the vehicle fairly extensively but still had some questions about the hybrid system and the I recently purchased a new hybrid RAV 4. I had researched the vehicle fairly extensively but still had some questions about the hybrid system and the push button start. Tim Treadway was my sales person and this was the second car I had purchased from Tim. I made an appointment to test drive the car and ask my questions. Tim patiently explained what I wanted to know and clarified a few points not covered exactly correct in my research. He explained the safety back-up for the push button start because I had had a very bad experience several years ago with Nissan. We fairly quickly came to an agreement on price and started the paperwork so I could pick up the car the next morning. This was my second experience with Summit Toyoto and I have to commend their customer service orientation. More
