The Meaning of Hospitality! I began my search for a sub compact SUV at Sun Buick and then continued to 10 different dealerships over a course of two days. Overall there were three vechiles that I considered. However, I decided on the 2018 Buick Encore not only because of the features offered in the veichle but from the moment I walked into Sun Buick I was treated like family. My sales person Matthew/Roberto are both exceptional, respectful, and was able to answer every question I had. It took a couple of weeks for us to decide which car we wanted and Tony was very helpful each time we visited - answered question after question, lease, buy, test drive, the whole nine. Kevin was fair throughout the process and that ultimately finalized our purchase. The entire experience was great! The delivery process was as quick and smooth as any new car delivery I've ever experienced. Tony had us all signed up and ready to go! I'm looking forward to returning when our next car is ready. My best car dealership interaction I have to start this with the fact that I hate shopping for cars and going to car dealerships. I find the whole process opaque and time consuming. I work in Manhatan, and the last thing I want to do is spend hours in a dealership negotiating a car lease. After speaking with almost everyother dealership on Long Island I remembered that I’d trade emails with Mitch last summer. What a mistake I’d made not calling him back first. Mitch was a complete please to deal with. He was extremely patient with me not be able to make it to the dealership, given my schedule and we were able to coordinate the entire deal by phone. The best part about dealing with Mitch is my wife and I felt very comfortable with him, and also believe that he was very honest and transparent with us. Sun Buick was also extreme competitive with their pricing in comparison to EVERYother GMC dealership on Long Island. I will 100% deal with this dealership again, and also recommend friends/family go to see Mitch. More

I personally knew I didn't have to test drive my new GMC Terrain, because I've been driving one the past 3 years.
