I would love to give this 5 stars but unfortunately a car buying isn’t based solely on the salesman. It’s about the entire experience. We know the car industry is ruthless but this entire process was exhaust buying isn’t based solely on the salesman. It’s about the entire experience. We know the car industry is ruthless but this entire process was exhausting. Too many calls and visits. Initially my salesman Jacob E saved a sale because I was about to walk. There is an added hidden unnecessary warranty included in the purchase price. If you don’t look it over correctly you can get suckered in.Some communication has blurred lines on their end. The finance department is a whole other story. The first guy I dealt with was unprofessional. He didn’t take the time to explain anything and was rushing me off. My experience was unique, and that I appreciate the dealership working with me in. But had I not dealt with a second Finance person this would be less stars. It’s unfortunate the second guy is no longer with the company because he was great. Overall considering all aspects. Many things could’ve been better. No one goes to a car dealership to spend a years salary on a vehicle to have a stressful experience. I also didn’t sense any Team Unity. It’s relationships that keep companies going. Not only from customers but within an organization and that’s for service as well. As for their 160-point inspection. That's a croc! They sold me a vehicle with only 17% life left in the oil change. And... they all want to push you to give a 5 star review BUT THEY DON'T PROVIDE 5-STAR SERVICE. If you want a good rating then give good service. Don't threaten, pressure, or argue with someone that this feeds your family. Because, if you were that concerned you would've made sure THE CUSTOMER was satisfied and not have to argue. From what I hear... this dealership is under new ownership and that seems to be the biggest fail to this company and it's management system. Everyone I have spoken to (even a previous customer) said how awful this place has become, and I felt that. More
