Where to even start? I thought it was going to be a great experience since the dealership offered to send me an Uber, so I could leave with my new purchase. However, that is where any good portion of this story ends. The Sales Associate I had been communicating with the entire time, almost immediately handed me over to another person (seemingly new), who set a bad mood/tone right away. Honestly, he was rather rude the entire time. He had an overall condescending tone and was short with me when trying to discuss the features of the vehicle. Even though I told him I previously drove a 4Runner and I was very familiar with the GX line, he still proceeded with attempting to "explain" the GX 460 to me. After a while, I decided to just remain silent and let him speak. He also seemed rude to some of the other employees there. I was told the vehicle, which clearly hadn't been cleaned, was traded in by a "friend" that treated it very well and kept it clean. I was also told that the car would be detailed. However, when I decided to poke around the next day, I saw just how dirty it was. There was trash in the third-row seat, candy stuck to the bottom of the second-row seat, and a bunch of long hair stuffed between the driver seat and center console. I don't even know what to say about any of this. At least the price of the vehicle was decent. I also spent a far longer time at the dealership than I could have ever expected. I completed the pre-application and had my downpayment ready, yet I was still at the dealership for hours. Of course, they will try to have me back for service (scheduled maintenance as soon as you purchase the vehicle), but I highly doubt I will return to this establishment. More
