Just bought our third (3rd) Toyota from Sun Toyota, Rte. 19, Holiday, Fl 34691. They were extremely professional, and as always made sure that we were given every discount and the best pricing available. Pat Chaban is awesome and displays a keen desire to help with finance options that suit our budget.No high pressure...EVER! Was having battery problems with my Avalon Hybrid (2020), went to the service department after 3:00 PM and received a friendly greeting fairly soon after arrival. Service could not be completed until Saturda went to the service department after 3:00 PM and received a friendly greeting fairly soon after arrival. Service could not be completed until Saturday morning because service department was very busy that afternoon. I was pleased with repairs that were made and grateful for the updates I received from the service technician and Josh Hermann, the Assistant Service Manager. Mr Hermann was excellent in handling my problem, I felt like he had my best interests in focus when dealing with me. He is a valuable employee!! More
