I had no intentions or realistic expectations, because of my credit, of initially being able to get into a car at Sun Toyota. I literally walked out with no intentions of returning after the first offer of a my credit, of initially being able to get into a car at Sun Toyota. I literally walked out with no intentions of returning after the first offer of a car I liked. I couldn't afford the down payment or the interest the banks were offering. Paul (who works in sales but i would consider him more of a customer liason who truly goes above and beyond for the buyer and acts as their representative to the dealership rather than a sales rep)and the finance team reached out after a couple days to see how things were going with my car search, as I told them I was going to shop around. I explained that I had some options but my choices were settle for a car I wasn't happy with or put down more than I could as the other dealerships weren't willing to pay the fees requested by the banks because my credit was poor. they asked me what down payment I could realistically make and what monthly payments I can realistic afford. I gave them the numbers and they said they'd call me back. next morning Paul send me a text and a video of a camry that made my jaw drop, he asked if I wanted it and it fit my parameters of what I told them I could work with. withing 2 days and a lotnof work from Paul and the finance department working with banks, they took care of every bank fee that was requested to guarantee I would be able to stay withing my budget. Can't thank Paul enough for really doing his best to make the customer (me) to feel like I had someone pushing for me rather than against me. best experience I've had buying a car and I can't say thanks enough thank you Paul, the finance team and Sun toyot! More
