I have had a wonderful 7-year experience with Sun Toyota and the Service Department. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Service Advisor, Mike Rindell. He has and is very responsive and he alway and the Service Department. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Service Advisor, Mike Rindell. He has and is very responsive and he always lets me know when there is an issue that is out of the ordinary. He has gone out of his way to let me know what the status of my car is while I wait. I drive 15 miles each way to come to Sun Toyota for service. I would name the service tech but I forgot his name. He too was great. More

About a week ago, I took my Toyota for service. My service advisor was Mr. Cristian Matias. Mr. Matias was courteous, respectful, and professional. I have been if probably 5 different dealers in the past week and definitely this dealer made my experience different from the other ones. And trust me I’m not talking this nice just for the deal I was given, even before the deal was given I told the sales manager how helpful WILLIAM was with our process. Loved the video done on my car by the service technician informing me of any problems encountered while servicing my car a and out for an oil change.
