I still feel that the Tacoma is an amazing truck, but I realized that it was just going to be too small, even with a camping shell, for my needs. Cody helped me to find a late model, low mileage Highlander instead, which I think will be a perfect combination of utility, power, comfort, and most importantly, that Toyota dependability that I came to love about the Tundra that I drove for 14 years. Leo in the service department was also super nice, and seemed like he had a commitment to making sure that service will be responsive to my future needs. Lastly, Rammie in finance was not the typical hard sell, push add-ons down your throat finance guy. He offered reasonable additions to my sale, but knew when no means no. Which was refreshing. I have no doubt that I'll be happy with my purchase for years to come. Thanks Cody. I really liked my Honda, but I'm glad to be back in the Toyota fold after five years away! More

The sale took almost five hours, and found out that after specifically requesting Financing to contact my credit union, that they did not, resulting in a higher interest rate from another bank. After the sal specifically requesting Financing to contact my credit union, that they did not, resulting in a higher interest rate from another bank. After the sale, I noticed a few minor things that I wanted worked on, like an extra key they promised to provide, a small chip in the windshield and some touch-up paint. I called at least ten times and finally got hold of the sales guy who promised to get the key made and call me back. That’s been over a week ago now, and no call back. Seems to me that once they get the sale, they become very disinterested in any follow-up, even on the things they promise to do to get the sale. Very disappointing! More
