This is follow up from my previous review. Spoke to a lady named Sandy who texted me and asked me what she could do to make the deal for the vehicle to work out. I explain to her what had happen and got every excuse possible then she interrupted several times and became unreasonable to work with. She then stated your getting a great deal. Please understand this dealership is charging $5500 over MSRP. I stated what I was willing to do and she laughed at me as if it was a put down. Very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s hard enough to work with someone who lies and doesn’t have any integrity to do the right thing. She then hung up on me. I am surprised people can work in the automobile industry with this type of unprofessionalism. But I believe someone will work with me on buying the vehicle I want. I choose not to work with this dealership ever again. It’s disheartening to see this behavior towards a customer. More

I had Josh Hermann as my SA for the servicing on my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. I had an unfortunate incident with a pothole after only 2 weeks from a previous alignment and replacement of all 4 tires. Josh was very understanding and took care of it right away. He had them do an alignment inspection and was able to take care of it for me. No questions asked. He also had the tech perform a MPI which revealed some rust on the front rotors. He recommended waiting until the brakes were replaced to have them resurfaced. He never pushed any services unless they were absolutely necessary. I appreciated that about Josh. He cares about the customer first! Thanks again Josh. More

Jon Golden did a great job throughout our entire car-buying process. This time my wife and I were able to work with several people to accomplish our goal of finding a new family vehicle. It started with Micheal fox, if you are looking for a specific type of vehicle but don’t have it narrowed down 100% percent, call Micheal. He will work with you, show you options, is extremely patient with you and clearly shows he looks for his customers well being through out the process. When we weren’t able to make it to the dealership while Micheal was working, he made sure we were taken care of by Dylan. Dylan worked hard to make sure we got a deal we were happy with, following up with our being too pushy. But of course how good is a salesman when he does have the support of his manager. Enter Nael, this man is what you expect when you think what a sales manager should be. Works with his customers, tells you the truth to your face he is not fake with his customers and really works to make sure both parties are happy with the transaction. Now financing was the cherry on top. I’m a straight forward guy, and “Abe” the finance manager was the same. He made the signing portion so smooth and easy making me want to buy another car. I’ve purchased many cars in my life and multiple from this dealership. There is a reason I keep coming back and referring friends and family. You get good honest deals and great cars new or used. I got exactly the car I asked for, at the agreed upon "out the door price". Aidan is always a pleasure to work with. Sun Toyota is now my go-to Toyota dealership. Also, I almost forgot to mention the accessories guy, Willy. Both Aidan and Willy are excellent sales people, with their "no pressure" attitudes. More
