This is follow up from my previous review. Spoke to a lady named Sandy who texted me and asked me what she could do to make the deal for the vehicle to work out. I explain to her what had happen and got every excuse possible then she interrupted several times and became unreasonable to work with. She then stated your getting a great deal. Please understand this dealership is charging $5500 over MSRP. I stated what I was willing to do and she laughed at me as if it was a put down. Very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s hard enough to work with someone who lies and doesn’t have any integrity to do the right thing. She then hung up on me. I am surprised people can work in the automobile industry with this type of unprofessionalism. But I believe someone will work with me on buying the vehicle I want. I choose not to work with this dealership ever again. It’s disheartening to see this behavior towards a customer. More

I had Josh Hermann as my SA for the servicing on my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. I had an unfortunate incident with a pothole after only 2 weeks from a previous alignment and replacement of all 4 tires. Josh wa Toyota Prius Prime. I had an unfortunate incident with a pothole after only 2 weeks from a previous alignment and replacement of all 4 tires. Josh was very understanding and took care of it right away. He had them do an alignment inspection and was able to take care of it for me. No questions asked. He also had the tech perform a MPI which revealed some rust on the front rotors. He recommended waiting until the brakes were replaced to have them resurfaced. He never pushed any services unless they were absolutely necessary. I appreciated that about Josh. He cares about the customer first! Thanks again Josh. More
