He and the owner worked together to track down a car with specific customizations I wanted and it was delivered before my promised date. Paul kept me in the loop the entire time, contacted me the morning it was delivered with photos and send me an email to send him the information so all had to do was leave work, meet with finance for 10 minutes and we were done! We were at the dealer a lot longer but mostly because we were just being personable and enjoying the walkthrough of the car/ features and sharing life experiences with our kids. He took his time with us, never did we feel rushed or pressured, he is extremely personably and knowledgeable and did everything he could for us to make the car buying experience a pleasure. I will absolutely be referring my friends and family to Sun Toyota and naming Paul specifically to seek out. Marc in finance was also great, I cant stand when you get into "the box" and they push product after product on you and give you guilt on purchases or declinations of purchases there was none of that with him.
