I appreciate Ben and Ken both working on getting this resolved even though it took a lot of my own footwork they came through and helped resolve the situation. Thank you both. Bought a new 2022 Toyota Camry back in March 26th and traded in two vehicles as part of the deal. The deal included a check for $4000 for those two vehicles. It's now been 46 days and I haven't heard anything or received anything in the mail. This is our 3rd car purchase over the last ten years with Sun Toyota and this is completely unacceptable service. I'm not happy with how this has been handled and quite frankly may never purchase another vehicle from Sun Toyota. I honestly would've never sold the two cars had I known this would happen. Complaints have already been filed which is sad as it should never get this far. This dealership apparently has gone downhill. More
