Last week I bought a silver Rav4 2015 XLE with 25000 miles at Ford of Leesburg for my wife. I loved that car so I ended looking for the same model and year, but white to keep the silver for myself, bec miles at Ford of Leesburg for my wife. I found it at Sun Toyota with only 11500 miles on it according to the odometer and the records showed in Carfax. I went for it and Patrick Pintavalle was very patient and nice, with a great domain of what he was doing. He didn't push me to much and at the same time he gave me all the explanations and offers. I feel it was a good deal for both parts, I was happy and they were, too. They worked with me in the price. I got very good warranties in this car, and with only 11500 miles on it and one owner, it is a like new car. A very good experience with this salesman at Sun Toyota. More

Our sales consultant, Jason, was amazing but we had problems with the first car we purchased. There was resin on the car from sitting in the lot and when the detail people cleaned it, they scratched th problems with the first car we purchased. The hood was able to be buffed out but the windshield would have had to be replaced. We opted to get a different car. Then when we completed the paperwork for the second car, the ID number for the first car was inadvertently used and this error caused us to have to return and complete the paper work a third time. This was inconvenient since we live in Tampa and it was an hour drive each time. After all of this was resolved, we received the tag for the first car instead of the one we have. Everyone was apologetic and accommodating and we understand that mistakes happen but the significant scratches on the windshield could have been avoided. More
Eduardo Rodriguez is the unicorn of car salesman, he's there to actually help you find what YOU want, and he's not about high pressure sales. I registered for the "pre-qualification" online with an intere there to actually help you find what YOU want, and he's not about high pressure sales. I registered for the "pre-qualification" online with an interest in a RAV4 Adventure, but when there were no new ones in stock, he showed me the pre-owned, and didn't take offense or try to push me back into the used inventory when I said I had found my preferred model at another dealership. He was immediately up for helping me get my RAV4 TRD on their lot. He spent well over 4 hours past his end of shift helping me find it and explaining the whole process and what to expect in the vehicle when it came over to me. Kamal was also very patient even as we edged into 1030 at night on the last day of the month with paperwork jackets stacking up for processing behind him. While I read over and signed the documents he watched me carefully for areas I might not be understanding and explained them to me. It was a relief that I was being treated as if I was his own child buying their first vehicle, and not someone he couldn't care less about fresh off the street. My positive experience didn't stop at the signing of paperwork, I was going to come to the dealership to take possession but instead Eduardo went out of his way to bring the car to me at home. Such may be the new way of business in COVID, but it was mighty convenient considering I still had work that day, and we had previously talked about me just coming into the dealership. After taking ownership I realized I wanted some packages for my new SUV, and was recommended to talk to Willy Patti. Met Willy by chance on his way back to his desk on a Friday afternoon and discussed what I wanted to have done. He politely explained why he couldn't do the out of the factory packages I hoped to add after-sale, and went on to detail the options he could put on, and gave me extensive details about what the process and prices were, even pointed out a few features I didn't know how to use yet for me and told me which items from the options book I already had that I didn't know I had (yes, they blended THAT well). Now I'm just waiting for my call to come in to drop the RAV off for work for a couple days that will improve it's value for years to come with warranties to back it. In a nutshell I absolutely will recommend Sun Toyota and especially Eduardo Rodriguez, Willy Patti to my local friends and family. Unrelated to this new car purchase review, but relevant to anyone reading considering this dealership this I also had my 05 Matrix scheduled for recall repairs, and the service team was extremely honest about the condition of the car in their inspection and recommendations. I was told about 4 items, a (emphasis on small) small valve cover gasket leak that anybody who knows the 1zz-fe engine knows is completely expected, thin and likely aged brake fluid, engine coolant was due (not necessarily needed), and the fuel system was due for a cleaning. These are not my exaggerations, these are what I was told about, and the severity and necessity of each. Philip Nemeth made it easy for me to assess and decline if I wanted to, but considering the oil leak had been driving me nuts for years and without abs brake fluid being consistent is pretty important, I opted to have both done their. He got everything done same day, and I was out there door with no problems and only a few hundred lighter. Considering it's a dealership repair on a 15 year old car with 157k miles, I think it was extremely well worth it. My point in mentioning the service experience is warranties need certified work done to your purchase. I feel safe that I'm not getting screwed if I ever need service done at this dealership. They clearly knew what they were doing, and did it quickly and efficiently. Sun has the whole package, sales, finance, after-sales accessory team, and service. I'm rather chatty, and never once did I get the impression anyone didn't want to be there. They're all professionals, and definitely have the smaller-town work family feel you hope to find in a local business, but their size helps them work magic for you on the fly. More
