My experience was excellent from the beginning until the end I arrived at the dealership and had an appointment with Giovanni German and he was not available. I was then greeted by Leslie Jean Gray and she advi I arrived at the dealership and had an appointment with Giovanni German and he was not available. I was then greeted by Leslie Jean Gray and she advised she would be helping me and Giovanni would be made aware. Ms. Gray was very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. During our meet and greet, I learned she was new to the dealership, however, she knew her stuff! It didn't hurt that her middle name and last name was the same as mine (coincidental or meant to be). Ms. Gray was determined to get me in a vehicle that day and she did! I even met Giovanni when he became available. He told me to call him anytime. I also met with the service man, Willy, who advised his office would be calling me to schedule my first appointment.
