We were already nervous and from past experiences with other dealerships with horrible rude pushy salesman you can understand why it felt like a dreaded chore to car shop. When we got there we were greeted by Rocco Lacera. I said to myself well yep here we go! Well, can I just say I have never felt as comfortable as I did this day! Rocco showed compassion to my anxiety and stress. He kept assuring me he would make this visit as pleasant as he could. He allowed me tell him what we needed and what we could afford. He listened and never steered away from our goals of shopping. He joked with us and actually made my visit very comfortable and FUN! We found and purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!
