I have never and I mean never, experienced such an incredible and stress free buying experience as I did at Sun Toyota. I had the privilege of working with Mr. J. London who is a magnificent salesperson for so many reasons. Buyers want to feel they can trust their salesperson. If a buyer doesn't feel that, forget it! Mr. London immediately gave me that impression. He is extremely personable, has a high level of product knowledge, and the best part is, that he knows how to listen. A very genuine guy. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted in the vehicle, and what I wanted to pay for it. When I had something to say, he was intently listening. He wanted to know what my needs were, and he wanted to meet them. That's what you want in any person who is providing you with any type of service. I feel like I got really lucky with him. The Finance Manager was also terrific and friendly, as were all the staff members I encountered during the process. The dealership is HUGE, modern, clean and buzzing with buyers and staff. There is a level of professionalism and customer appreciation that I loved and put a very high value on. I was also introduced to people who I will be seeing when I bring my new vehicle in for service, and they were just as terrific. Sun Toyota even has a cafeteria with a top notch Chef in the kitchen, who is cooking up some delectable items for the lunch menu. There is a comfortable luncheon counter with stools where you can eat, or you can have your lunch at your salesperson's work area (Mr. London was so gracious). There is also a huge comfortable waiting area for customers waiting for their vehicles being serviced. I hear coffee & donuts are available in the mornings. You are going to meet some genuinely nice people at this dealership who want you to drive out of there in the vehicle you're dreaming of having. They will do whatever they can to get you there, but they will do it honestly. No haggling, no over-selling, zero pushiness and you will value the amazing level of customer service. Eddie put work in getting into new rav 4 I have dealt with Eddie in the past and have nothing but good to say about him. Excellent Customer Experience I would like to commend the overall professionalism of the Sun Toyota dealership team who participated in the lease of a new Toyota Camry. Howev I would like to commend the overall professionalism of the Sun Toyota dealership team who participated in the lease of a new Toyota Camry. However, I especially desire to commend Nick Nardello. Many months before the lease of my Toyota Avalon was due to expire in November 2018, Nick touched base to inquire about my intentions and to see if he could be of service. Periodically Nick followed up with me in a very helpful proactive, but not pushy manner. From time to time, he would point out that there were some dealership specials that month and occasionally just touched base. When I finally visited the dealership on Feb. 8 (I extended my lease for three months to Feb. 16, 2019), Nick was the consummate professional, very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Even when the new vehicle experienced some system flaws, Nick kept me fully informed on the progress as it went through the service department. Thanks!!! More
