Finance She was a typical financial employee but more on the upbeat side. She was nice and friendly but a saleswoman none the less. What I did not like is whe She was a typical financial employee but more on the upbeat side. She was nice and friendly but a saleswoman none the less. What I did not like is when I inquired about the APR rate with USAA (suntoyota stated that they checked with USAA with APR rate) she had stated that the APR was higher with USAA. I later called USAA who stated that suntoyota has lied and that they have no authorization to get an APR rate from them. I spoke with Allen Hicks about this and he stated that Monica was probably referring to her past experience; people in my situation would have a lower APR with them than USAA. I DO NOT like to be lied to or told something from "past experience". If it was from past experience then say so. Do NOT say that you have checked when in actuality you didn't. The sad thing is I later did an APR check with USAA who provided me a much lower APR rate. I would have given Monica a three star rating at this point if she had not promptly done the warranty cancellation process which I had to follow up on many times BUT at least she followed through which I appreciate. P.S. This was my first time purchasing a car. I don't think this dealership is horrible but I don't think it's the best. Granted I have not been to many car dealerships... but I'd say this experience had many mistakes that I have learned from. Many friends, family, co-workers, military personal, etc have inquired with me about my experience here at Suntoyota because they know I do not BS. As to if I would refer this place to anyone .... I'd like to say, yes but of course I will give them the pros and cons. I'd provide them the whole spew of my experience, advice, and then let them to decide if this is the right place for them. More
