Warranty works My maintenance light came on the same time my ac had a mysterious bout of blowing warm air. It only happened once then ac worked. But I needed oil cha My maintenance light came on the same time my ac had a mysterious bout of blowing warm air. It only happened once then ac worked. But I needed oil change, so went to dealer. The compressor failed while there. . The service associate determined that the part was under warranty. She overdue it, provided me with a rental car, and by 2 the next day it was fixed. They also washed and vacuumed my car. She was were friendly and warm as were other associates who stopped by. Malays appreciate that they check on us while we're waiting to let us know what's happening. The waiting room is comfy. Also the new coffee brewing system makes the best decaf latte. So good that when I returned the next day to pick up my car, I asked if I had time to make a cup! It was 91 degrees out, which usually means I'd not drink hot coffee, but this was that good. I've had mostly good experiences at Sun Toyota. More

Unfortunately the front desk staff were eating and I felt as though I was disturbing them, especially when I asked for Sandy whom I'd been communicating with prior to arriving. The front desk staff ask if I had an appointment and because I did not I received a blank stare which made me feel very uncomfortable and I wasn't sure at that moment if I would purchase. My mother said to give it some time, which is why I waited for Sandy. Though I didn't inform Sandy of the first impression, she was more than accommodating, friendly, and truthful. SHE turned my experience around!!. Though I wish the visit had not been four hours long, it was well worth every moment, again, because of Sandy!! More
