Fast, courteous service; fair pricing Earlier this week, I had my 2012 Prius serviced (oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment) at Sun Toyota. Michael McKinley was the Service Mgr who h Earlier this week, I had my 2012 Prius serviced (oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment) at Sun Toyota. Michael McKinley was the Service Mgr who handled my visit. I had no trouble getting an appointment on the day I called. On arrival at the dealership, a Sun employee greeted me, followed by Michael. He looked at the coupons I had brought along (Sun sends a lot of coupons to its regular customers) and said we could use a couple. I was able to use 2 coupons, reducing my overall cost for the oil change and wheel alignment. Tire rotation was free since I had purchased the tires at Sun. I waited less than 2 hours for my vehicle, but waiting at Sun is pleasant since their showroom has a restaurant, coffee bar, TV area, and quiet semi-cubicles for people who want to use an electronic device. They also have greeting cards for sale as well as auto-related items. I am not aware of any other dealership that has such a pleasant, well-equipped waiting area for customers. Of course the best part is knowing that any work on my Prius was done by Certified Toyota mechanics. More

Very people oriented! I came in to purchase a part for my 2016 Trundra SR5. Andrew in parts found me a used part for half the price of a new one.; that got my attention as I came in to purchase a part for my 2016 Trundra SR5. Andrew in parts found me a used part for half the price of a new one.; that got my attention as I had a bad experience with Clearwater Toyota when I had my Tacoma and they put a new battery in which did not have the CCA to start my truck. I told my self, because of Andrew, the next Toyota Tundra I purchase, I will purchase at Sun Toyota, Holiday, Florida. I came to purchase the part and was met by Amber who is very knowledgeable!
