My opinion. I turned in my 2015 leased Toyota Corolla because I am 81-years-old, handicapped and in poor health, and do not feel that I can drive safely. I was willing to pay the 10 remaining payments on my lease. I had been making my payments via the internet. account My internet account was closed and I was sent a bill which included a late charge. I tried calling the telephone number I was referred to, only to be told by a robot that the number was no longer in service. Then, I received a letter from SETF, stating that they were foreclosing on the vehicle, which I had surrendered in good faith. I live off a SS check of $1241 a month, with at least a third going to medical co-payments.There is no way I pay for the car, If I am forced into bankruptcy, who wins? More

Sun Toyota is King of the Hill I bought a 2011 Toyota Tacoma last September and unfortunately it was rear ended at the end of this September. I decided to try my luck with a BRAND NEW 2017 Toyota Tacome SR5 with a 3" Factory Lift and now I am King of the Hill! There were many people at this dealership that showed a genuine interest in my misfortune and the guy at the head of the list was my Salesman Wayne!!! Toyota products are superior to the competition and my interest another Tacoma prompted my youngest Son, who is a Chevy boy all the way to trade in his 2016 Colorado for a 2017 Toyota Tundra Crew Max! WOW!!!! that's almost $90K spent on two consecutive weekends! You rock Wayne!!! Thanks for all your help! Shout out to Yvonne, Mario and my buddy Pat McClune in service!!!!! 5 Star Dealership!!! More

Sales and service Paul Ramirez was my salesman, he worked very hard to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond to help me. I had issues with the car I purchased and he made sure everything was checked out, providing me with a loaner car and then a rental when my car was being checked out. Tony in service was also great! He had my Honda CR V sent to Honda to have the issues checked out because they couldn't find a problem and since it was a Honda, still under factory warranty, he sent it there to make sure there were no issues. 2nd Free Oil change - 2015 Toyota Rav4 Came in for my 2nd and last free oil change. I was greeted promptly and asked to come inside to discuss service. Service advisor was cordial and pol Came in for my 2nd and last free oil change. I was greeted promptly and asked to come inside to discuss service. Service advisor was cordial and polite. I asked what type of oil they would be using and the tech said full synthetic , which is what I wanted and was expecting. Toyota also recommends a 0W20 oil viscosity for my vehicle. About an hour later , advisor yelled for me to come over to his desk. He seemed to be in a hurry and we went out to the car. It had been washed , but not dried. The car came out of the wash looking worse than when we arrived. Water spots all over the windshield and other windows . I went back to the advisor and complained. He followed me out to the car and immediately got some more people out to dry off the windshield and windows along with other wet areas on the car. The advisor acknowledged his mistake of not asking if I wanted a car wash. Unless my car is really dirty, I would not want them to wash it. They do a marginal job. So after all this , I got back in the car and went home. I then looked at the service invoice and saw that they used 5W20 motor oil. It was free, but More

Megan was kind enough to coordinate with both my father-in-law about current offers and myself as I was not able to come in personally. She kept in close contact throughout the entire process and allowed me to send my documents via email while I was at work. While waiting to sign my paperwork, Tyler helped demonstrate all the cool new features, how to set up the Bluetooth feature with my phone, and made sure I was comfortable working everything. Chase was kind enough, after all the paperwork and down payment was complete, to call and advise of a lower interest rate with a different bank. All in all, I have never been more pleased with a purchase of this magnitude and have referred all of my friends and family members to contact with their car buying needs. More
