Truck Service I had to rebook my appointment for the falling day. The car rental would not except my Visa Debt card without 2 light bills in my name even though I’ I had to rebook my appointment for the falling day. The car rental would not except my Visa Debt card without 2 light bills in my name even though I’m in their system and have rented from them before. I went up the road a few miles to the Toyota Collision Center a rented a car from them using the same method of payment (also the one I always use on a regular basis my debit card) but then I had to wait for the to pick me up and bring me back. After spending almost $700.00 on a oil change and some other repairs I would have thought my truck would have been washed and vacuumed.Well it was washed and has white calseam spots all over it, so bad I could barley see out the window. It was cleaner befor I left it and not vacuumed. The truck was there from 10:00am until 6:50pm. You would think someone would have cleaned it up. The employee I dealt with was Tonny, he is always very professional and easy to work with. More

Horrible Experience. Nothing gets taken care of. I have never had such a horrible experience buying a brand new truck as i had here at Sun Toyota. My husband and I have always bought our vehicle from I have never had such a horrible experience buying a brand new truck as i had here at Sun Toyota. My husband and I have always bought our vehicle from Castriota Chevrolet in Hudson, Fl & have always had such a great experience. But since we have a 1 year old little boy we needed a bigger back seat for the car seat and the Chevy Colorado ( our trade in vehicle at Toyota ) wasn't big enough to suit our needs, so we decided to give Toyota a try. We purchased a brand new toyota tundra crewmax. We thought buying a brand new vehicle that the truck would have everything it needed to drive off the lot & we would be done. Not only was this purchase not done, the nightmare with Sun Toyota had just begun. We were not given key fobs because Sun Toyota lost them. We had to wait almost a week for these as the key maker is only there on Monday’s so i had to wait about a week to finally get them made. The center console emblem is missing. we were told this was due to theft on the lot. It has now been weeks, and although they said they would order this and get it to us right away, Weeks have now gone by, and we are still waiting. I have called so many times to check on this part, I have lost count. Each time I call I get the run around. As of today, still no part for our new truck. Now we are being told we have to pay for this part and pay for installation. i just spent $50,000 on a brand new truck, and included with this purchase they throw in a package called the run around also known as, “we have your money now, so we can treat you anyway we want”. to add to all of this, which should have been our sign to get out of Sun Toyota while we could, when we we were doing the paperwork, we were taken to a back office with a finance person to talk about warranties you can add on your vehicle. The woman assigned to us only told us the top package for us to buy which would raise our monthly payment over $100. I asked if there are any other cheaper packages, The lady starts to argue with us saying she only tells people about the top most expensive package cause thats what SHE thinks is good for us. Can you say scam?!?! We finally come to an agreement for a warranty Wr have now had our truck for almost 3 weeks. My husband’s tag expires on his birthday in a few weeks, He goes to try to renew his tag online at the DMV & find out his tag is still under his old truck so we cant renew his tag until they tranfer it. I tried calling to see if we can get this resolved & they just give me a number & a extention of a business that does the transfers for them ( the business didnt answer & i had to leave a voicemail). Now why did i pay $196.01 for a tag transfer if i have to go thru all this bs myself?? So if you would like a good experience buying a brand new truck i would suggest not going to sun toyota in holiday. More
