I have already explained to the GSM regarding the issue and he asked me to come in and give Sun Toyota a second chance for my business since I have purchased 3 vehicles prior. Reluctantly I agreed, and fortunately for me I was met with not only a smile but an actual sincere apology. That went a LONG way with me and the remaining of the day was absolutely fantastic. Thank You to Ferris, Amber, and Greg for making amends and showing me, the customer, that I actually do matter and I am able to get into a vehicle that I actually want and love! More

They saw me coming!!!!!! Old disabled stoke vicim!!! There was a mix-up on their part. The car was put out for sale when it had not been detailed. It had been waxed previously because there was wax build There was a mix-up on their part. The car was put out for sale when it had not been detailed. It had been waxed previously because there was wax build up on the back of the car, but I got it off. But the inside had not been detailed. The same morning I bought the car, I took it back over a few hours later because the A/C was not putting out any air. They said to bring it in on Friday which I did and in the process they lost my key. I went in on the following Monday and nothing had been done to my car. So here we go again... Then I was told by the Quality Assurance Mgr. to bring the car in Friday and he would see that the car was detailed. I took it in and he said it didn't need detailed...mind you he didn't see all the "dirty" areas that had not been addressed. He berated me in front of people TWICE before I left. I have never been treated so badly by a business in all my life! And they didn't even give me hardly any money for my existing vehicle. No way will I ever go back! More
