The negotiations became a little more intense that I would have prefered but our differences and minor misunderstandings were promptly resolved and we reached a mutual agreement with out further incident. The car was nicely prepared and my salesman made the final detail finishes. There was absolutely no work that required further attention; unlike my first new car purchase in 1962 in which the check list of defects exceeded 20. It was a pleasure working with the knowledgeable professionals At Sun Toyota. I acknowledge that the buyer always feels he overpaid and the dealer may feel that he is giving away the store but, I think that we all reached a fair deal. More
