He told me that the required 1 year service would be done on an express bas I contacted Mike McKinley and booked service for my 2017 Toyota Avalon. He told me that the required 1 year service would be done on an express basis, probably, in less than an hour. I was somewhat skeptical based on prior experience and brought plenty to read.. Within 45 minutes Mike was looking for me and told me the car was ready. I was amazed! McKinley met me in the service bay, had my paper work ready to sign. He took over and delivered on his promise of less than an hour. McKinley is a great asset to Sun Toyota and should be considered for positions of greater responsibility. More

After about 5 minutes or so of standing around, I finished up looking for a service adviser myself. I found one and was then immediately taken care of. The service was quick and professional from that point on. Still trying to figure out the purpose of all the people standing around outside, clearly not needed for anything productive. More

Happy Toyota owner of two cars I am a loyal Sun-Toyota Customer since 2009, I own two cars Yaris and Tacoma and I have been service them only at that dealership. Always the best adv I am a loyal Sun-Toyota Customer since 2009, I own two cars Yaris and Tacoma and I have been service them only at that dealership. Always the best advice and of course the best service of my cars. Those cars as being serviced frequently by this dealer perform as best as new cars. Previously I have owned several different cars as KIA, Nissan, Buick and none of them even serviced by respectful dealers perform as good as the Toyotas from Sun Toyota dealer. Both of those cars are 8/9 years old and with exception of few miner services as changing tire on Yaris after 50K miles or battery replacement on Tacoma, those cars are in excellent condition thanks to the professional dealer service department.
