Sun Sun Sun! First of all, Ricky Rios was absolutely AMAZING. I had to bring my 2 year old with me, and we ended up staying at the dealership for over 6 hours. I First of all, Ricky Rios was absolutely AMAZING. I had to bring my 2 year old with me, and we ended up staying at the dealership for over 6 hours. I was only planning on "taking a look" at my dream car, but ended up driving away in it that evening! Ricky was so patient and compassionate, he literally kept my son occupied and played throughout the entire experience. He was truly more than just a car salesman. He was our friend that day. I cannot say enough good things about him. But, when I finally got to financing, the person I dealt with then was just a bit rude, seemed aggravated and we felt so rushed by him. He did not make me feel like a priority at all, ESPECIALLY seeing as how I was there entirely all day with a tired, cranky toddler. But, other than that person, everyone else was really just great. I would definitely recommend Sun Toyota to others in the future, and in particular, Ricky Rios. And I am IN LOVE with my used Highlander! More

Lee was very patient and offered suggestions on other vehicles. We went on quite a few test drives and he definitely made the whole experience fun, whereas my previous dealership experiences have not been fun in the least! The only reason I gave a 4 star overall is that it took hours to get into financing. It seemed like there was only 1 finance person there. But again Lee entertained me and walked me through the functionalities on my truck, helped me set up my radio stations, etc. Had it not been for Lee doing that, I might have walked away! But all in all, I am loving my used Tacoma! More
