I came to Sun Toyota to upgrade from my 2015 Honda Civic to a new 2018 Toyota Camry, but I had a limited budget and unlimited expectations. Daniel Bateman immediately asked me all the right questions, then worked to satisfy all my expectations and more! When negotiations looked like they were breaking down, he did not give up. He made them work! I liked his soft-spoken, no-pressure manner. His "human touch" developed rapport and trust. Before leaving, Robert DeGuido showed me my new cars special features, took me for a ride to demonstrate the LDA with Steering Assist function, and paired my iPhone with my Camry Bluetooth and installed a navigation app! He was so knowledgeable and understanding! A special mention to Willy Patti who showed me the accessories. He was great! I ordered the tint for my car's windows and after paying had to cancel. Willy called me back immediately, gave me a full refund and (still joyful!) told me it was a pleasure to meet me, that he was available anytime if needed, and to "enjoy your beautiful new Camry!" Efficiency, compassion, and promises well delivered I'm not usually a guy who leaves reviews, but this place deserves one. I work at a car dealership as an advisor so I know B.S. Everybody worked well together and everything moved so fast and efficient like a well oiled machine. The key boxes on each car outside have a key in them so there is no running back inside to get a key to look at a car. I must have asked our salesman Cliff to show me a dozen cars and the keys are all on the lot with the cars so it was fast and easy. All the paperwork was on a massive tablet and was fast and given to me on a USB port by Chase. This place really puts big money into itself to make it a beautiful experience. I leased a Camry as a gift to my fiancé and I couldn't be happier. Cliff was kind and respectful and got everything done as fast as possible and kept me updated. Our finance manager Chase was amazing, he was kind and sweet and he is a Iraq veteran who still serves in the reserves and earns my highest respect. Ask for them and and you will be set. I always recommend them now when asked about my new car. More
