He listen to me when I was explaining what was going on with my car and then telling me about the card program that Toyota had now , I did sign up , and would not have if Dan hadn't informed me about the program. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is as follows. After the papers were signed we were notified there was only one key to the car as the previous owner only turned in one key. The Lexus keys are very expensive and it was now our problem. This put a dark cloud over the entire process. Be sure you ask before you complete your car buying process. More
