Excellent I had a few things going on with my car, Dan explain each thing that needed fixing, how much it was going to cost, and that it would be Saturday befor I had a few things going on with my car, Dan explain each thing that needed fixing, how much it was going to cost, and that it would be Saturday before I would get my car back. He listen to me when I was explaining what was going on with my car and then telling me about the card program that Toyota had now , I did sign up , and would not have if Dan hadn't informed me about the program. BAD CUSTMER SERVICE on June 17th I bought brand new 2017 Camry xle , it was late like 8.30p.m. after deal got done I didn't check that my sales person left my window sti on June 17th I bought brand new 2017 Camry xle , it was late like 8.30p.m. after deal got done I didn't check that my sales person left my window sticker in the car or not ?? but I did notice next day there was no window sticker , sales person name Monica, forgot to leave car window sticker in the car, so called her next day and requested new one she said she has to order a new one , 2 weeks went by didn't hear anything , called her back few times and sent her few emails , no respond, so I called her one more time on last Friday(7/21/17) to follow up , she said she has to ask her inventory manager if they received it or not ??? so do I really have to wait more than month to get my cars window sticker which I paid for it ?? after calling and sending few emails no reply ?? so no customer service after deal is done. do expect some help from higher lever management . thanks More

Bought a used Lexus. The dealership was very impressive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Closing the deal was painless. The financing portion was very professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is as follows. After the papers were signed we were notified there was only one key to the car as the previous owner only turned in one key. The Lexus keys are very expensive and it was now our problem. This put a dark cloud over the entire process. Be sure you ask before you complete your car buying process. More
