Went to look - left with a new car! I was really just looking, my car did what it was supposed to do, get me where I needed to be. My dad sent me in to look at a Prius, strictly out of c I was really just looking, my car did what it was supposed to do, get me where I needed to be. My dad sent me in to look at a Prius, strictly out of curiosity. I looked, and loved it. The salesman was great and had me take it home for the night so my dad could also take a look. We noticed a small issue, and he agreed it would be fixed for free. When I went back the next day I told him my absolute best offer - had a check to buy it outright, and he made the numbers work. When he found out what was required to fix the small problem, he actually went and found me a car two years newer and got me into it for the same price! I could not have asked for better service. Everything promised came through! I am so grateful! More

Everything was Good with the Exception With One Salesman Issue 1: I would have given a five star rating if I didn’t take into consideration one salesman -Jason Wagher. I was turning in a Toyota Lease vehic Issue 1: I would have given a five star rating if I didn’t take into consideration one salesman -Jason Wagher. I was turning in a Toyota Lease vehicle and Mr. Wagher made arrangements for me to drop the car at the Lexus Dealership in Clearwater. Unfortunately, Mr. Wagher forgot to make sure all of the paperwork on the leased car was completed before we drove separately to the Lexus Dealership. When we arrived, the Lexus Dealership would not take the lease car because of the lack of paperwork. We ended driving back to Sun Toyota. Round trip about 4 hours of my time and we still didn’t get the job done. Sun Toyota agreed to drive my lease car back after the completion of the paper work. Issue 2: On a different topic, there is one suggestion to contribute to improving customer service. Once a month, one of the tech personal should give a one hour class to your customers on the use of all the buttons and whistles on the Toyota Camrys. Customers can come as frequently as they need. Normally, the electronics is pretty much the same. Any exceptions would be described by the instructor. This would significantly reduce the time and cost of the salesman answering these types of questions. . More

Healing our credit - one line item at a time When we walked into the dealership *exactly* one year ago; they told us then if we came back, we could possibly lower our payment and lower the percen When we walked into the dealership *exactly* one year ago; they told us then if we came back, we could possibly lower our payment and lower the percentage of interest (which was pretty high). That is exactly what happened which is why I am posting this five star. Our credit is recovering, it's still not where I want it - but this dealer went out of it's way to get better terms. As long as we continue to buy Toyota; we will be customers of Sun for the foreseeable future. More
