Jorge Ducos sold me a vehicle a little over two months ago. At every turn whenever I have questions or concerns no matter how late I contacted him, he's always gone above and beyond to help me. Today was yet again one of those days. I've been having trouble figuring out settings on my navigation and even after he tried walking me through it all for the 2nd time i still wasn't having luck. Well instead of having me drive to him an hour and a half away he instead drove to me and spent endless time helping me get my navigation and other features explained to me. I've never had customer service at this level before from any other dealership. Again I am beyond blown away with my service and will be a life long customer and referring my family and friends. More
