Service review I had an 8am appointment! When I pulled up I was greeted with a smiling face with friendly welcome; met my service coordinator who was also friendly a I had an 8am appointment! When I pulled up I was greeted with a smiling face with friendly welcome; met my service coordinator who was also friendly and retrieved my paperwork in well organized manner; had breakfast where young ladies were friendly and cordial; comfortable waiting area with plenty of good coffee; then a quick and easy check out with my service coordinator who went over what accessories I had installed on my new Highlander! He also brought some information to me in regards to some additional service that was needed. He did this in a professional manner without pressure.
