Experience from xxxx Meant Bobby Pop on Aug.22 he had us test drive the wrong car my husband and figured that out after we left, we called Bobby that night he said oh OK Meant Bobby Pop on Aug.22 he had us test drive the wrong car my husband and figured that out after we left, we called Bobby that night he said oh OK I will find the car tomorrow and I will give you guys a call. Next day he called back said you guys gonna like this one even better it’s white loaded I found it in service they can be ready for you anytime when you want to come get it. This is on Thursday we weren’t going to be at a get there till Saturday check this one out and drive it and say yay or nay. Saturday we got there we drove that we liked it it’s OK we can take it. He also told us about the gold package that they have that completely detailed your car Scotchgard that rust proof set the whole 9 yards so we wanted to do that as well remind you we’re paying for this Gold package to be done on my car. So after the paperwork is done and we’re leaving my whole display goes out for the radio the heat everything. They were already closed so we called Bobby he said well when you guys bring it in to get the gold package I’ll have them take a look at it all right that’s cool. So it gets scheduled to go in on Wednesday for the gold package and the display to get looked at I bring it and I get a loaner and I’m supposed to pick up the following day Thursday. Bobby cause me Thursday says it’s not going to be done they had to order a part he couldn’t tell me what needed to be ordered but I wasn’t going to be to pick it up till Friday I said all right I’ll see you then. Friday Bobby calls me says the car is done he asked me to pick it up at service and bring it over to his office because he had some customers and had noticed that when it was done getting detailed they missed some stuff around the cupholder in the backseat which mind you was absolutely disgusting he’s got a Reagan cleaner and he’s going to take care of that when I bring it over to him. So my daughter and I drive an hour back to get my car I’m at service my husband had been asking BobbY if I had had an oriole change just so we knew if I needed to have one or not and he kept saying well I would assume so, so when I was at service I asked Tom the gentleman I was dealing with if he could tell me if it had an oil change or not when it went through inspection He told me it should of and he would check. Then he proceeds to tell me that it never even went to inspection and did not have oil change anything done to it except for the display that they replaced. At that point I was kind of pissed. So I go to get in my car and it hadn’t even been detailed so I asked Tom will you come look at my car because we got the gold package and I just don’t think this is how it’s supposed to look. He looks at it he says no that’s not how it’s supposed to look walks me back into service and looks it up to see when I got detailed their records indicate that it got detailed on Monday August 17 but my car wasn’t there until Wednesday, August 22.. so now I’m really pissed. remember not only did it not get the gold package like it was supposed to and never even got the 29 point service inspection like it’s supposed to have had done. Tom said it’s going to get the oil change the 29 point inspection and the gold package properly done. So here I leave again in my loaner and Tom called me Saturday said it needed a new tire rods I was gonna have to pick it up next week. So my husband and I went To pick it up on which I believe is Tuesday September 4 and they had greasy handprints all over the outside of my car boot prints on the inside stuff all over the door my car still looks like xxxx. Now mind you through all this not one person said the words I’m sorry then I end up leaving my car there another night. I finally get it on Friday, 6 September and it still wasn’t even completely detailed when I picked it up I was alone my husband and go with me Bobbie pop didn’t say two words to me about hand me my keys I work in the customer service field and I’ve never been treated so poorly in my entire life I won’t recommend that place to anybody ever so good luck hope you have a better experience than I did the place sucks.
