Outstanding Service I brought my teenage boys with me and my sales representative Randy even allowed them to do some wheeling and dealing for me. It really made them feal like they were apart of the action. This was a great memory for us. Randy was able to deliver all that he had promised and more. I had stopped in a few days earlier to check out a new 2018 Malibu. Although I did not have my trade in with me and the buyer was not present, they treated me like a valued customer and friend. They gave me all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. When I called to make an appointment to return, my phone call was immediately returned. When we arrived, on the day of the appointment but no set time, we were immediately helped through the buying process. Couldn't be more pleased with the buying experience. Although the exact Malibu we wanted was not in their inventory, within 24 hours they had our car! What a beautiful car! At delivery, all features of the vehicle were explained in detail without feeling rushed. From beginning to end, test drive, selection, finance, delivery was effortless.
