He went to the trouble to make a personalized video and send it to me with the complete build sheet of the vehicle. Everything went excellent and the vehicle was delivered to me over 200 miles away in tip top shape. I will surely look here first again as the buying experience was incredible. Not Creditable Dealership Went with my daughter to co-sign for her loan, apparently she was denied (was never told) was informed it came back at 10% interest, I then called the Went with my daughter to co-sign for her loan, apparently she was denied (was never told) was informed it came back at 10% interest, I then called the financing co myself as I have a loan currently with them, I was told they would honor the same low interest rate as mine with the loan app #. I asked the sales man Mark & the Loan man Jim for this info (never mentioned why I wanted it) I was told immediately that it was as low as my loan interest. So I said thats fine well take the car. Turns out they switched up the names on the loan and made me the PRIMARY buyer on a car loan titled to my daughter. It was after 10pm , everyone was tired and the sales man and financial man were busy watching a Cavs play off game while I was dealing with my insurance to get it on the policy. While on hold it was well lets sign these, YES MY FAULT for NOT looking just thinking they would be honest and signed while conducting other business and my 19 year old was new to buying a car didnt notice what she was pointed at sign as well. I take my blame, but upon looking at the paperwork after getting home, there it was I BOUGHT the car and my NO credit daughter is MY co-signer!!! Unreal, they were crappy about returning my calls, so my husband and I went there personally and when I asked them why they did this, I was told "WE DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU, WERE NOT OBLIGATED" & Was told to get out of the dealership! Well guess what turns out they do!!!!!! Went to the Gen Manager was told well we have to re run your credit and start all over, no thanks! Now I am stuck with this car loan even though my daughter is paying the bill! I will never do business with them again and sadly, my GM employee family wont be again either! Today they called to schedule an appt for a recall....hahaha yep I will take my car to another GM Certified dealership for any work or recalls! Watch the shady dealings folks! More
