Did not honor Lifetime warranty!, I purchased the front wheel hubs for my 4x4 truck from Sunntside Chevy 4 years ago with a Lifetime Warranty. Not Cheap! Now the time comes to take ad I purchased the front wheel hubs for my 4x4 truck from Sunntside Chevy 4 years ago with a Lifetime Warranty. Not Cheap! Now the time comes to take advantage of the Warranty they promised! And now they decided to change the terms? Now the Warranty is only good for a year??? Also, Now they say the lifetime is only good if it's installed on site??? Which was NEVER implied as I purchased them and walked out the door. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this place!!! He initially helped to explore the pros and cons between leasing and buying. Also, because my mom is a whiz behind the wheel (but not so much so on her feet), Jerry offered to bring a vehicle from the Elyria Dealership to her Seven Hills home for her comfort and convenience. Jerry definitely thinks outside the box and really wants what is best for his customer. Sometimes that could take some time....but he has remained patient and supportive.
