He initially helped to explore the pros and cons between leasing and buying. Also, because my mom is a whiz behind the wheel (but not so much so on her feet), Jerry offered to bring a vehicle from the Elyria Dealership to her Seven Hills home for her comfort and convenience. I told him what I was looking for, and after a short bit, he got back to me with a couple options that matched what I was looking for. He included details and pics, We discussed pricing and negotiated a bit. I did this all while at work. Jerry never pushed any one of them, and each time waited for my feedback to proceed. After work that day, I went out to see the car I had decided on. Jerry met me and just took me to the car. He stood by while I looked it over, and didn't say much unless I asked. I took it for a ride and decided I wanted to purchase this 2013 Chevy Malibu LT. Found a slight issue with the hood latch and brought it to Jerry's attention.
