I was contacted by Rick on his day off as he responded to an internet inquiry I sent, plus he even offered to come in on a different day off, if needed to arrange for me to pick up my new Chevy Malibu. I was informed by Rick of a flaw with the paint coming off a couple letters of the Turbo emblem on me Malibu, something I didn't notice and probably would not have caught myself if not for the honesty shown by Rick. He noticed the flaw and ordered a new emblem to replace the flawed one. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car I purchased and the no pressure attitude he showed. While I was still in the hospital he personally picked up my trade in and delivered the Corvette to my wife at our home.
