I sent out an information request to the Sunnyside Dealership and Jason Eyman quickly responded. I had many questions, Jason sent all the supporting documents that I requested and followed up by phone. Jason was professional in every aspect of the used car buying process. The day we purchased the vehicle there were no surprises and we were in and out of the dealership in no time flat. To date this is the nicest used car we have purchased and we drove 2 hours one-way and were not disappointed. Would highly recommend working with Jason Eyman, if you want straight answers and quality. Thanks for the great service Jason! The Georges More

Great Sales Staff; very disappointed with service dept.. Purchased my car in late October. Jason was very nice and helpful. I was pleased and surprised that he allowed me to take the car I was considering ou Purchased my car in late October. Jason was very nice and helpful. I was pleased and surprised that he allowed me to take the car I was considering out for the afternoon before making my decision. The purchase price was fair, not great. The interior of the car had old coffee spills on the roof of the interior that needed to be cleaned - which was supposed to have been done prior to putting the car on the lot. Jason made sure it was cleaned before I took the car home. Once home, the oil light came on within the first week. Took the car back to Sunnyside, where a mechanic was assigned to reset the mileage indicator for oil change. The mechanic (Joe) got in the driver's seat (driver window was down) and began hitting buttons and was unsure how to start the car (automatic start button). As I attempted to tell him how to turn the car on, he proceeded to wind up my power window as I was speaking. He then continued to push buttons and could not start the car. I opened the driver door and asked him to get out. I complained about his rudeness to the manager in the service dept. He stated he would follow up with "Joe". I ended up taking the car to a Nissan dealership, where I received quick and courteous service. The car I purchased ended up needing a new battery, new belt (old belt was cracked), and rear brakes. This car was supposed to have been checked and serviced prior to being sold - which it was not. For the price I paid, this should have all been taken care of by Sunnyside. However, they did not offer to take care of the listed repairs after they were notified. As stated, the sales staff is great - but I would be wary of the service dept. More

The whole transaction was seamless, and he stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very patient; it felt like I was buying from a friend rather than a salesman. Great employees, dealership could have done more I bought a car from Sunnyside back in December. Rick was great. Very patient (I'm very indecisive!) and answered all of my questions honestly. He actually had a family event to get to but wouldn't leave until I was happy with my purchase! Colleen helped me finish things up after Rick had to leave. She was also incredibly nice to work with. I'm only giving 3 stars though because I feel like the dealership itself could have done more. I like to take my time to make decisions, and a vehicle purchase is a big investment. With the last car I bought, from a different dealership, they let me take it out on a test drive for a few hours before making a decision. At Sunnyside, I was only able to drive it around the block a couple of times. That is not enough time to get a good feel for a vehicle. There were two other problems that were very inconvenient for me that would have been easy for the dealership to fix: I was only given one key for the vehicle and had to pay to get another one cut. Sunnyside could have cut another one while the car was on the lot, saving me, their customer, the time and money it took to get another one. The last criticism I have is that, although I bought the vehicle in December, the windshield wiper fluid was NOT freeze resistant. I found this out when the lines froze up and I had no wiper fluid on a very bad weather night driving back from Cleveland. I think if not for this last problem, I would have given Sunnyside 4 stars, but instead I was put into a dangerous situation because they hadn't changed the wiper fluid to something that would not freeze up, or at least warned me about it. So overall, working with Rick and Colleen was great. I would definitely recommend either. I would still recommend Sunnyside, because the people were nice and the price was reasonable, but if the dealership had just done a few simple things that would not have taken a lot of effort on their part, I could have left a much better review. Great Customer Service and Followthrough I was home from college for the weekend and decided to go car shopping. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but Rick took the time to help me choose the best I was home from college for the weekend and decided to go car shopping. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but Rick took the time to help me choose the best options for my life as a college student. I didn't leave with anything that day (since I walked in an hour before close on a Saturday and the banks weren't open and, of course, I'm very indecisive). But once I was back at college, Rick called everyday to keep me updated on different cars and payment options he was finding. By Wednesday he found a perfect fit for me, and on Friday he managed to have the car delivered to me (3 hours away from the dealership) so I didn't have to come back home again. He even managed to schedule the delivery between my classes so I didn't miss anything. He really went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful. I would defintiely reccommend Rick to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
Used Jeep Purchase I recently purchased a used jeep from Sunnyside. Being a seven year old vehicle I wanted to insure there were no mechanical issued. The service department had already completely gone through the vehicle and made repairs when they received the vehicle. I was able to meet the service technician who performed the maintenance and to review the mechanical condition of the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service. More

Everyone was great there, and I got the exact truck I wanted (wh I am extremely pleased with my new truck buying experience with Sunnyside Chevrolet. Everyone was great there, and I got the exact truck I wanted (white 1500 crew with Z71 package and Rick B. located and got it for me). They actually had a nice performance/classic/muscle mini-collection in a side building, and the section up front with corvettes, camaros, etc.. Z-28's and ZL1's running around the lot the day I was there. Fun dealership for a guy like me. These guys know performance. I'll be back. Thanks Sunnyside!!!! More

Jason took care of me and my Aunt Delores and had a real good and positive attitude. I had a Engine Hot message on my dashboard called Jason and he told me to bring the vehicle back to the Service Dept. The service technician stated i needed a thermostat the work was done and did not have to wait long. I have a good solid work truck and i am very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
